About My GLP Shot
Last updated:
My GLP Shot is a GLP-1 medication tracking app for people taking semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound). It logs your doses, injection sites, weight, side effects and lab numbers, and keeps that record on your own device instead of on somebody's server.
It is a tracking tool, not a source of medication. My GLP Shot does not sell, prescribe, supply or source GLP-1 drugs, and it is not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy or a telehealth service. Nothing in the app is medical advice — your prescriber decides your dose.
How does My GLP Shot work?
- Open app.myglpshot.com in any browser, and install it to your home screen if you want an app icon.
- Log each shot with its dose and injection site. The app rotates sites for you and warns when you repeat one too soon.
- Add weight, side effects, mood or lab numbers whenever you have them.
- Watch the dose timeline and the estimated medication level in your system, so a plateau or a missed week is visible rather than remembered.
- Export a doctor-ready PDF, or a 24-hour read-only link, before an appointment.
No account is required for the free tier. Nothing is uploaded unless you deliberately turn sync on.
Pricing and free tier
Core tracking is free forever and needs no account — doses, weight, side effects, calendar, mixing calculator and reminders all work offline.
Premium is $19.99 per year, or $1.99 per month billed monthly, and adds cloud sync across devices, pen and vial expiry tracking, lab numbers, plateau alerts and the doctor PDF. That is roughly 60% less than other GLP-1 trackers charge.
There is a 14-day premium trial with no credit card required. If you upgrade and aren't satisfied, you get a full refund within 30 days — email us, no questions asked.
Is My GLP Shot safe to use?
Your log lives on your device. Nothing about your health leaves it unless you switch on optional sync, and if you do, it is end-to-end encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM before transit — the server stores ciphertext it cannot read. Doses, weights, mood, measurements, lab values, photos and notes are all opaque to us by design.
There are no ads, no data sales and no third-party analytics inside the app. You can export your full log as JSON or CSV at any time, so leaving costs you nothing. There is deliberately no Apple Health, Google Fit or Fitbit integration — those connections would undercut the guarantee above.
The code is open source, so the privacy claims on this page can be checked rather than taken on trust. Details are on the security page and in the privacy policy.
Who built My GLP Shot?
My GLP Shot was built in 2026 by a solo developer in California, and is published by Willhite Strategy Group. It runs as a web app and an iOS-installable PWA. It is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer or compounding pharmacy, and takes no money from one.
Support is email only, at [email protected], answered within one business day, Monday to Friday Pacific time. There is no phone line; the app is built so you shouldn't need one. The source is on GitHub.
